At
SpeakeasyDC, we love a good story, and we want to hear
yours. We host DC's only monthly
open mic storytelling series. All sorts of people
take a stab
at telling an original story from real-life experience
on the night's theme. The SpeakeasyDC
Ensemble debuted Chocoloate Jesus
to five sold out houses during the 2007 Capital Fringe
Festival. We also have special
events, recordings,
and offer classes
and coaching to individuals, businesses and organizations.
SpeakeasyDC is a program of the Washington Storytellers
